VP PROGRAMMING
RYAN WANG
I oversee three divisions: events, charity and environment. In events, the traditional aim has been to promote fun, science community events. In 2021/22, I worked with two Event Commissioners to create science career panels, speaker series, and competitions. I oversee Charity, where two Charity Commissioners bridge the gap between the western bubble and the greater London community. Previous collaborators include The Arc Aid, Reforest London, Ronald McDonald house, Fox Hollow Retirement Residence and many more. In our new environment division, I work with the Environmental Commissioner and their committee to bring sustainability events to western students, and advocate for positive change at the administration level.
